Porcelain Fixed Bridges

For replacing missing teeth, a dental bridge can be an optimal solution as it closely resembles your natural teeth. A dental bridge is a fixed appliance that is not removable.

The “Traditional Bridge”

The most prevalent form of porcelain fixed bridges is the "traditional bridge," usually crafted from porcelain fused to metal. These bridges consist of two crowns placed over anchoring teeth, connected to pontics (artificial teeth) that occupy the gap formed by missing teeth.

Why is a Porcelain Fixed Bridge right for me?

  • Keep your remaining teeth in position
  • Enhance your chewing and speaking
  • Fill the gaps of your missing teeth
  • Smile with confidence

What is the process of getting a Porcelain Fixed Bridge?

The procedure for acquiring a porcelain fixed bridge involves at least two visits. Initially, your dentist will numb your teeth and then prepare the two anchoring teeth by removing some enamel to facilitate crown placement. Subsequently, a durable mold will be fashioned and promptly dispatched to a dental laboratory for crafting the bridge. Meanwhile, you'll be fitted with a temporary bridge to wear for a few weeks until the custom-made bridge is completed.
